FEEL BLUE ALL SUMMER LONG!!!


Eating well in summer can be tricky - swimwear and skimpy frocks means we want to keep trim, but Christmas, New Year and party season can make it pretty hard! The good news is there is so much amazing fruit in season and we love fresh blueberries as a delicious summer treat.

During this season they are bursting with flavour, delivering a hit of sweetness to whatever dish you add them to. Blueberries are not just scrumptious, they are also incredibly nutritious and are rich in the cancer-fighting antioxidants anthocyanins and ellagic acid. Those antioxidants earn blueberries the top spot on the list of fruits and vegetables that can counter the effects of aging.

So don’t ignore your blueberry addiction - savour them one berry at a time or try some of these yummy blueberry recipes guilt free!

Breakfast:
Blueberry and Ricotta Pancakes
